bdjt Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement applicable to the bdjt platform and all related services. These Terms are prepared for users in Bangladesh and written in the Bengali language.

bdjt is an online gaming platform offering slots, cricket betting, casino games, and other entertainment gaming services. The platform operates under SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the bdjt platform and use any gaming service, you must be 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If a person has more than one account, they will be treated as "duplicate accounts" and all such accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjt may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time when required. This is a necessary process to ensure security and prevent money laundering.

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (where applicable)

All documents provided will be stored with the highest level of confidentiality and used only for verification purposes.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bdjt is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposited funds may take some time to appear in your account. If you experience any issues, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The withdrawal method must be the same method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawals for Terms Violations

If evidence of a terms violation is found, bdjt reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held during an ongoing verification process.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdjt offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → you receive a total of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → you receive a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus funds — not to the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• There may be restrictions on certain games when using bonus funds; please refer to the relevant bonus details.
• bdjt reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Unused bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdjt operates under a fair play policy. All games are run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical error during a game, bdjt's server-side records shall be considered final. In any dispute, our server logs will be used as the authoritative record.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket or other sports, the rules specific to that event will apply. Separate guidelines will be followed for managing bets if an event is cancelled or postponed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or gaming on behalf of another person.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding fraudulently with other users.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.

8 Responsible Gaming

bdjt believes that gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. It is never a solution to financial problems. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

We provide the following tools for responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to close your account for a set period or permanently.
• Reality Check: The duration of your gaming session will be shown at set intervals.

9 Intellectual Property and Content

Game software and content are the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe). bdjt acts only as a distribution channel.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdjt is not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical reasons.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Unauthorized access to an account by a third party (if the user did not follow security guidelines).
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance breaks.

bdjt is always working to resolve any technical issues quickly. In the event of an issue, liability is generally limited to the amount of the relevant wager.

11 Account Suspension or Closure

11.1 By bdjt

bdjt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or any other legal reason.

11.2 By the User

Any user may close their account by contacting our support team. If outstanding wagering requirements have not been met at the time of account closure, the relevant bonus will be forfeited.

11.3 After Account Closure

Any outstanding balance after account closure (legitimately earned, bonus-free) will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

12 Changes to Terms

bdjt reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via the platform or to their registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Privacy Policy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

In brief, bdjt will not, with regard to your personal information:

• Sell it to third parties.
• Use it only for the purposes of providing services, verification, and security.
• Keep it secure through SSL encryption.
• May share it with authorities when required by legal obligation or for security purposes.
